Service Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EasyBooks (“Company”) and the customer (“Customer”) who purchases professional technical support sessions and advanced customization services.

  1. Services: The Company agrees to provide the Customer with professional technical support sessions and advanced customization services as requested by the Customer. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the services in a timely and professional manner.

  2. Fees: The Customer agrees to pay the fees for the services as set forth in the Company’s invoice. The fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

  3. Confidentiality: The Customer agrees to keep all confidential information related to the Company’s services and operations confidential.

  4. Warranties: The Company warrants that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Company does not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  5. Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the services. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

  6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Company is located.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  1. Cancellation: The Customer may cancel the services at any time by providing written notice to the Company. The Company will not refund any fees paid by the Customer if the services have already been provided.

  2. Refunds: The Company will refund any fees paid by the Customer if the Company is unable to provide the services as agreed upon in this Agreement.

Delivery and Returns Policy

  1. Delivery: The Company will deliver the services to the Customer as agreed upon in this Agreement. The delivery method may vary depending on the nature of the services.

  2. Returns: The Company does not accept returns of the services provided. If the Customer is not satisfied with the services provided, the Customer may cancel the services in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth in this Agreement.
