Online Sales Contract

This Online Sales Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into on the date of purchase between EasyBooks, (“Seller”), and the purchaser (“Buyer”) for the purchase of services as described on EasyBooks’ website (“Services”).

1. Services
Seller agrees to provide the Services to Buyer as described on EasyBooks’ website.

2. Payment and Pricing
Buyer shall pay the price for the Services as set forth on EasyBooks’ website. Payment shall be made through the payment portal provided on the website. The price for the Services is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3. Delivery
The Services shall be delivered to Buyer electronically through EasyBooks’ website.

4. Refunds
Buyer may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date if the Services were not delivered to the Buyer. Seller shall issue a refund within 30 days of Buyer’s request for refund. Refunds shall be issued through the payment portal used for the original purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
Seller retains all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to any trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
Seller makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to the Services, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to any lost profits or revenue.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Seller is located. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be brought in the courts located in that state.

9. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

10. Amendments
This Contract may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
